NDA Takes a Strong Lead as Early Bihar 2025 Results Roll In

Summary: As votes are being counted in Bihar, the initial results clearly show one trend: the NDA is significantly leading and has easily surpassed the majority mark.

As the votes are tabulated across Bihar, the early results clearly point in one direction: the NDA is significantly ahead and has comfortably crossed the majority mark. JD(U) and BJP candidates seem to be doing particularly well, and their smaller allies are adding to the momentum.

The Mahagathbandhan, led by the RJD and Congress, is behind and straining to keep up with the NDA. Even in regions where they usually perform strongly, the gap isn’t closing fast enough.

Another surprising twist is coming from the Seemanchal belt. AIMIM, which made a noticeable impact in the previous election, is losing ground this time and is nowhere near its earlier performance.

If these trends stay steady, the NDA looks set to form the next government in Bihar — with Nitish Kumar likely returning as Chief Minister once again. Counting is still on, though, so the final picture will be clearer as more results come in.
