Shah Rukh Khan admitted to hospital due to heat stroke

Bollywood star actor Shah Rukh Khan, co-owner of Kolkata Knight Riders, was admitted to a hospital in Ahmedabad after suffering a heat stroke. On Tuesday, the actor was in Ahmedabad to watch his Kolkata Knight Riders take on Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Indian Premier League (IPL).
"The actor was dehydrated due to the high temperature of 45 degrees Celsius in Ahmedabad. He is under medical observation, but his health is steady. According to IANS, security has been strengthened around the hospital. Just minutes after news surfaced online, his wife, Gauri Khan, was seen visiting the KD Hospital in Ahmedabad.
Juhi Chawla, the actor's dear friend and fellow actress, paid him a visit in the hospital. According to the news agency IANS, the hospital is likely to issue an official announcement soon.
Shah Rukh Khan was in Ahmedabad for two days to attend the playoffs between the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH). He was accompanied by his daughter Suhana Khan and son Abram Khan, his manager Pooja Dadlani, co-owner of KKR, Juhi Chawla, and her husband Jay Mehta. Suhana’s friends, Ananya Panday, Shanaya Kapoor, Navya Nanda, and Agastya Nanda, were also present in the stadium to cheer for the team.
Ahmedabad on that day recorded a high temperature of 45.2 degrees and rose to 45.9 degrees on Wednesday. According to the reports, Shah Rukh Khan is stable and has been dismissed from the KD hospital.
Juhi Chawla even said, “Shah Rukh Khan was not feeling well last night, but he is being attended to and is feeling much better this evening. God willing, he will soon be up and in the stands, seeing KKR play for the finals.”
