Pooja Hegde on Dating Rumors with Salman Khan and Her Upcoming Film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan

Bollywood couples have been often linked together given their onscreen presence. And this time around, the victims are Pooja Hegde and Salman Khan. Both actors will star in the film - Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. The rumors about the two of them dating is ongoing for a few months now, and neither of them has accepted or denied the claims. However, the rumors picked up new interest when Salman Khan was at the wedding of Rishabh Hegde in Mangalore. Rishabh is the brother of Pooja Hegde. The internet went crazy with the pictures of Salman Khan and Pooja Hegde from the ceremony.

Pooja Hegde on being asked about dating co-star Salman Khan, said that these are rumors and untrue as she is not with him in any romantic relationship. She said that she keeps reading things about her and does not know what to say to them as she is single and loves being one. Presently, she is completely concentrating on her career and going from one city to another for work as that is her goal right now. She literally cannot spare time and sit to address such rumors anymore.

The actress plays the love interest of Salman in the film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. In the trailer, Salman fights baddies in his fierce avatar and safeguards Pooja and her family, who are suffering from death threats by particular people. The movie also casts Jagapathi Babu, Palak Tiwari, Venkatesh Daggubati, Bhumika Chawla, Shehnaaz Gill, Siddharth Nigam, Raghav Juyal, Vijender Singh, and Jassie Gill. It is directed by Farhad Samji.

Pooja said that the film was offered to her during the lockdown period and at that time the title of the project was different. She said Sajid Nadiadwala was also in the project and they had worked in Houseful together. But it was Salman sir who saw her in the movie Mohenjo Daro, and said they will someday work together. Thus, in the current film with him, she will be playing a role of a Telugu girl, a character that will fit her well. And in reality, Pooja has performed in several Telugu movies.

Hegde feels that it is a good and vital role that fits perfectly in Salman Khan’s film. She shared her experience as a co-star with Salman and said it is great working with him. She appreciated him for being the same person in the interviews and the sets. Pooja said that people sometimes are unable to speak what they feel despite thinking of you, but Salman sir says what he feels, and is quite upfront.
