Kapil Sharma, Remo D’souza, and Rajpal Yadav Receive Death Threats From Pakistan.
Summary: Three of the Bollywood personalities get death threats from Pakistan.
Actor and comedian Kapil Sharma, actor Rajpal Yadav, choreographer Remo D'Souza, and actress-singer Sugandha Mishra are among the four renowned Bollywood celebrities who have allegedly received death threats from Pakistan.
Under section 351(3) of the BNS, a formal complaint has been filed with Amboli Police against an unidentified individual. The investigation has been initiated by the police.
The email they received read, “We are monitoring your recent activities and we believe it is important that we bring to your attention a sensitive matter. This is not a publicity stunt or an attempt to harass you, we urge you to treat this message with utmost seriousness and confidentiality.” The email was signed with, ‘BISHNU’.
The same name was used to threaten Rajpal Yadav, who claimed to have killed Kapil Sharma and his team since Salman Khan was supporting his show. Rajpal Yadav took swift action, and his wife, Radha Rajpal Yadav, filed a police case at Mumbai's Amboli Police Station.
After linking the IP address to Pakistan, the Amboli police are requesting assistance from the government to communicate with Pakistan. The recipient has been given eight hours to respond, failing which they risk both personal and professional repercussions.
Since celebrities are being singled out one after another, Mumbai Police have started looking into the complaints as quickly as possible.
In October of last year, politician Baba Siddique was shot and killed close to his home in Mumbai's Bandra neighborhood.
