Diljit Dosanjh Visits the Mahakaleshwar Temple in Indore After His Concert

Summary: Following his performance in Indore, singer Diljit Dosanjh paid a visit to the Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain. 

Diljit Dosanjh is currently on his Dil-Luminati Tour. He took some time to visit the Mahakaleashwar temple in Ujjain. He was spotted visiting the temple with escorts while wearing a white dhoti. 

He posted a video of it along with the caption, "Jai Shri MAHAKAL," on his X handle.

Diljit was spotted sitting calmly while wearing a blue jacket over a beige dhoti outfit. “Sab vahi hai bas. Mere paas shabd nahi hai. Om Namah Shivaay!” he said when asked about the experience. 

He dedicated this concert to Rahat Indori Sahab, a late Urdu poet who was a resident of Indore and died in August 2022. Diljit also responded to claims that concert tickets were being sold illegally during the event. 

“For a long time, people in this country have been saying that Diljit’s (concert) tickets are sold in black. It’s not my fault that tickets are being sold in black. How is it an artist’s fault that a Rs 10 ticket is sold for Rs 100?”

He also recited a poem by Rahat Indori Sahab, “Agar khilaaf hain hone do, Jaan thodi hai. Ye sab dhua hai asmaan thodi hai. sabhi ka khoon hai shaamil yahan ki mitti mein, kisi ke baap ka Hindustan thodi hai.
