Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal have finally tied the knot in a private ceremony where they had a registered marriage. Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal are now married! The pair, who had been dating for years, preferred a low-key registered marriage, with the civil ceremony held on Sunday evening in Sonakshi's residence in Bandra, Mumbai. 

Sonakshi and Zaheer shared their first wedding images on Instagram. The couple wore matching off-white clothes, with Sonakshi in a stunning saree and Zaheer in a kurta. They were surrounded by loved ones, including Shatrughan Sinha, the bride's father. He was seen standing next to Sonakshi as she signed the paperwork for her official wedding.

Both captioned the pictures, "On this day, seven years ago (23.06.2017), in each other's eyes, we saw love in its purest form and decided to hang onto it. Our love has led us through hardships and successes, ending in our marriage with the blessings of our families and gods. Here's to love, hope, and everything beautiful with each other, from now until forever." To avoid the hate comments, Sonakshi and Zaheer turned off comments on their Instagram images.

Many celebrities, notably Saira Banu, Rekha, Salman Khan, Tabu, Anil Kapoor, Kajol, and Raveena Tandon, attended Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal's spectacular reception in Mumbai. Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Aditi Rao Hydari, Aditya Roy Kapur, Huma Qureshi, and Vidya Balan all attended the special occasion.

Rekha looked stunning in a saree of white and gold. Posing for the cameras, Saira Banu wore a green salwar kameez. Salman Khan wore a black suit at the wedding reception. He also made media appearances. Anil Kapoor, too, chose to dress in black. For the occasion, Kajol chose a multicolored top with a black and gold saree.

Tabu was also photographed attending the occasion. She wore a pink and gold sharara for the occasion. Soon-to-be parents, Ali Fazal and Richa Chadha, wore black outfits. Vidya Balan attended the event alongside her husband, Siddharth Roy Kapur. Raveena Tandon donned a black blouse and gold leggings to the wedding celebration.
