In August 2015, ISC finished the works on the construction documents and submitted to the government for the state examination. The project is expected to be funded by the Unvia Trading Limited under the guarantee of Vnesheconombank.
In October 2015, The City Council of Rostov decided to finalize the design and documentation of the plant and infrastructure in 2016.
