The project involves the construction of a 119m high, 34-story mixed-use tower. It includes the construction of 32,420m2 of residential space with 475 apartments, 10,879m2 of common space, 2,787m2 of commercial space, 418m2 transit office, fitness center, media/theater room, swimming pool and spa, leisure facilities, 524 parking spaces and related facilities and the installation of elevators and safety systems.

On December 24, 2013, CoP issued a request for proposal (RFP) from developers, with February 24, 2014 as the submission date.

After reviewing the proposals on April 2, 2014 and April 22, 2014, Smithfield Properties LLC was recommended by CoP on May 2, 2014.

In October 2014, Smithfield Properties LLC was appointed as associated developer.

Berkelhamer Architects has been appointed as architect.

Planning activities are underway.
