UBM Realittenentwicklung AG and Vienna International Hotelmanagement AG (VIH) are jointly planning to undertake the expansion of the Angelo Hotel Leuchtenbergring on a 9,100m2 area in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.

The project involves the construction of a seven-story building with 131 rooms with a gross floor area of 6,200m2, a conference section with 4 meeting rooms, a restaurant with 182 seats, and a bar with 90 seats, an office facility with gross floor area of 12,500m2, retail stores with gross floor area of 8,300m2, an underground two-level parking facility for 385 vehicles.

Stadler Rail AG will be a tenant for the office facility.

In September 2014, UBM and VIH submitted a planning application for the project.

The demolition work was commenced in the fourth quarter of 2015 and was completed in April 2016.

Munchner Grund Immobilien Bautrager GmbH a subsidiary of UBM is undertaking the construction work.

After completion of the project, UBM will transfer the project to Real I.S.

In May 2016, the construction work was commenced.

On April 26, 2017, the topping out ceremony has been held.

Construction activities are underway and scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2018.

The project involves the expansion of the Angelo Hotel Leuchtenbergring on a 9,100m2 in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
