Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates (CFE) has been appointed as architect and Karl Lagerfeld Group; Reddymade Architecture and Design; STA Architectural Group as interior designer for the project.

In September 2014, the City Commissioners voted to approve the project plans. On September 23, 2014, planning approval received for the project.

In October 2016, The North Tower is placed on hold.

TG is in the process of acquiring the project site and commence the construction in the fourth quarter of 2017.

The South Tower is expected for completion in 2020.
