SeaOne Gulfport LLC (SOC), a unit of SeaOne Holdings LLC is undertaking the construction of a Compressed Gas liquid (CGL) Production & Export Facility at port of Gulfport, Mississippi, the US.

In December 2014, SOC submitted application to U.S. Department of Energy, Office of Fossil Energy (DOE/FE) requesting long-term, multi-contract authorization to export domestically produced CGL. However, later SOC received regulatory certainty from DOE/FE to export up to 1.5 billion cubic feet per day (Bcf/d) of natural gas contained in CGL to the Free Trade Agreement (FTA), countries.
In August 2015, front end engineering and design (FEED) activities commenced and were concluded in fourth quarter of 2015.
On September 18, 2015, SeaOne submitted an application to the FE and DOE.
On June 14, 2016, project received the tax exemption from the Harrison County supervisors.
