The Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, Albania (MoTI) is undertaking the upgrade of highway in Albania.
The project involves the construction of a 61.7km highway to connect Tirana with Dibra. It includes the construction of a tunnel, service roads, culverts and related infrastructure, and the installation of signaling systems.
