Hudson Holdings (Hudson) is undertaking the construction of a mixed-use complex in Delray Beach, Florida, the US.

The project involves the construction of a two-story and three-story mixed-use complex on 3ha of land. It includes the construction of 3,659m2 of retail space, a 116-room hotel, 5,130m2 of office space, 84 residential units, 279 underground parking spaces, 1,033m2 of restaurant space, a bar and related facilities.

In July 2014, Hudson purchased the Sundy House and other surrounding properties at Atlantic Avenue and Swinton Avenue for US$22 million.

In June 2015, Hudson submitted preliminary plans to the Delray Beach Planning and Zoning Department (DBPZD).

In December 2017, Historic Preservation Board (HPB) unanimously rejected the project plans since Hudson hasnt changed its plans since its last review in June 2017. Hudson has appealed the HPB decision.

In February 2018, City Of Delray Beach (CDB) postponed its decision on the project plans to its meeting on March 6, 2018.

On March 6, 2018, CDB approved the project plans imposing 18 conditions to Hudson. However, CDB can review the the final drawings in the next meeting and cancel the plans if Hudson doesnt meet the CDB conditions.

Design activities are underway.
