The project involves the construction of a residential and a hotel-apartment tower connected by a sky bridge on 153,290m2 of land.
The project includes the construction of two towers consists of 33-story hotel apartment tower having 314 rooms and a 42-story branded residential tower with 407 residential units comprising Studios, One-, Two-, and Three-bedroom apartments and penthouses, retail units, meeting rooms, a restaurant, a fitness center, a spa, 780 car parking space and the installation of elevators and safety systems.
Nikken Sekkei Ltd has been appointed as architects; Dewan Architects + Engineers as structural and MEP designer and Shapoorji Pallonji as the main contractor for the project.
Rotana Hotel Management Corporation has been appointed as management contractor for the hotel.
In January 2015, CAYAN acquired the project site.
On March 24, 2015, CAYAN and SHUAA entered into an agreement to set up a real estate development fund for the construction of the project.
Under the terms, CAYAN will be the main developer of the project and SHUAA will act as the investment manager for the fund.
In July 2015, CAYAN received all the legal approvals from the authorities to start the construction works.
In October 2015, ZETAS Zemin Teknolojisi was appointed as enabling contractor.
In November 2015, enabling, shoring, and piling works commenced.
In March 2016, 15% of the piling works completed.
In November 2016, Shapoorji Pallonji was selected as the general contractor for the project and excavation works completed in the same month.
