Carolina Panthers, LLC is undertaking the Bank of America Stadium Renovation project in North Carolina, the US.
The project involves the renovation of 74,000-seat stadium and is being developed in three phases.
The first phase includes the improvement of the high-definition video boards, two levels of wraparound electronic graphics boards, a new sound system and escalators. The investment of the first phase is US$65 million.
The second phase includes the upgrade of the stadiums 150+ suites. Each suite will soon have three rows of seats, installation of retractable windows and installation of televisions for many different views of the action on field.

In 2013, City Council agreed to provide US$75 million as funding for the project. City Council allocated US$28 million for the year 2014, US$23.5 million for 2016 and US$23.5 million for 2018.
On April 22, 2013, City Council approved business terms with the Carolina Panthers to fund improvements to Bank of America Stadium as part of a 10-year partnership.
In January 2014, renovations on first phase commenced and was completed in July 2014.
On July 28, 2015, City Council voted to start construction of second phase with the allotted US$23.5 million fund.
