The project involves the construction of a mixed-use community in six sub-zones on 14.1ha of land and will be developed in 12 phases. It includes the construction of 1,200 residential units comprising traditional single family homes, condos and apartments, commercial space, retail space, parking and related facilities.
Zone A and Zone B include the construction of mixed-use community comprising residential units and small commercial spaces.
Zone C, Zone D and Zone E include the construction of residential buildings, comprising apartments, fourplexes, six-plexes and row housing units.
Zone F includes the construction of a residential community comprising duplexes and single-family units.
The first phase includes the construction of apartment and condominiums in seven low-rise buildings and the second phase will consist of two mixed-use buildings. It also includes construction of retail spaces such as restaurants, cafes, pubs and convenience stores and related facilities.
