First phase includes the construction of a high-tech industrial park on 410ha of land to exploit an expected boom of electronic production in Vietnam and to move Japans production bases from China.
Second phase includes the construction of a township on 753-ha of land.
Third phase includes the construction of a service city on 123-ha of land.
In May 2015, Aamata and TCG submitted a planning application to the Quang Ninh Province.
The Vietnamese government has granted investment certificates for the project.
